Investment Management

As part of our holistic investment approach, Refinco GmbH is responsible for the entire investment process for our clients. We identify the right investment opportunities for our investors in real estate field and look at the market analysis, the development of an investment strategy at both individual and portfolio level, the transaction process to the selection and management of external asset and property managers of objects. In addition, we also support the sales process together with our customers at the investment level.

Fund Management

As advisor, Refinco GmbH supports fund management with ist considerable experience in portfolio conception and analysis.

Finance Management

Refinco GmbH has long-term experience in finance management and benefits from its stable and sustainable network in the industry. We advise our clients in project development financing, real estate portfolios financing, cash flow-based financing with or without capex element, and structured finance (senior / junior / mezzanine).

Advisory

Since the beginning of the low-interest phase in 2014/15, the concept of real estate as an investment has attracted many investors. Due to the constant and increasing demand for the real estate asset class, yields continue to come under pressure. Therefore, it becomes more important for investors to manage investing costs. If we look especially at fund managers fees, fund transaction costs, direct investment costs and the fees of capital management company and custodian bank, can be spotted a difference in direct comparison not only at the performance level but also on the cost side.

Private Equity

Our Private Equity Real Estate Investment team has a solid understanding of the dynamic global marketplace. We combine specialized real estate expertise with our sustainable approach to advising investors and other industry participants. As part of Real Estate Private Equity, we are looking for suitable assets on customer request. Investing in real estate developments for individual properties / projects as well as a portfolio structure is an option, as well as investing in real estate companies. In the short to medium term, investment horizon varies with attractive yields depending on the investment strategy displayed. Private equity is one of the highest yielding asset classes and has been an integral part of successful project development and growth investment for decades.

Development

Our employees have many years of experience in managing complex and large-scale real estate projects. In addition to the factors of cost-effectiveness and the responsible handling of risks, issues about social and environmental compatibility take increasingly on a primary role.
